A Brief History of the Building

1902: A $20,000 grant from Andrew Carnegie was accepted.

1904-05: The library was built.

Additional renovations:
1959-1960, 1975-76.

2010-2011: A major renovation and addition project is transforming the building into a community resource that includes the Waterville Public Library Business & Career Center.
